Aviod over-cooked and fried foods
When food is heated above 119 degrees F all enzymes previously existing are destroyed. That means those of us eating cooked foods need to supplement with plant enzymes. Although raw foods contain live enzymes there is only enough in that food to break down the food itself. So every living being will need to include other sources for enzymes. Try eating foods that are not processed more often and avoid over-cooked and fried foods.
