We use the best of traditional and naturopathic medicine including intravenous nutritional and biometabolic therapy, biopuncture, immuno-therapy, biohomeopathic therapy, botanical medicine, nutritional medicine, and mechanical and postural corrections.

President and Physician
John A. Catanzaro, N.D. N.M.D. D.T.S. (2011) -- Dr. John A. Catanzaro is President of Health & Wellness Institute. He is a naturopathic physician educated at Bastyr University, America's leading medical university in alternative medicine. He was nominated by medical peers and Seattle Magazine as among the best naturopathic physicians in Seattle. He is the author of Cancer An Integrative Approach and Complete By The Master's Touch and married 5 children.
Associate Physician
Carrie Miller N.D. N.M.D. -- Carrie Miller is an associate physician at Health and Wellness Institute. She received her medical training at Bastyr University, where she graduated with a degree in Naturopathic Medicine. In addition to general family medicine, Dr. Miller is specifically interested in treating women’s health concerns, including menopause, PMS, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and other hormone imbalances.
Associate Naturopathic Physician
Matt Angove N.D., N.M.D. -- Matt Angove, N.D. is a licensed physician who received his medical training at Bastyr University (one of only 4 accredited Naturopathic programs in the United States). Dr. Angove practices general medicine, but also has specific interests in heart and integrative cancer treatment, digestive problems, as well as anti-aging medicine, obesity and musculoskeletal issues. He is currently working toward a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
