Grilled Cheese with Organic Prairie Bacon & Apricot Jam Serves 2
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
2 slices organic honey wheat bread (or other sweet bread of choice)
4 slices Organic Prairie Bacon, cooked to your liking
2-4 tbsp. apricot jam
1-2 slices Organic Valley American Cheese Singles
2 tsp. Organic Valley Cultured Butter
Directions
Spread apricot jam on the inside of both slices of bread and place the Organic Valley American Cheese Singles and cooked Organic Prairie Bacon between. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwich in skillet until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Cut and serve immediately.
