Katayama syndrome

Schistosomiasis Japonica (schistosomiasis caused by a schistosome occurring chiefly in eastern Asia and the Pacific Islands and predominantly involving infestation of the portal and mesenteric veins), specifically an acute form usually occurring several weeks after initial infection with the causative schistosome (Schistosoma japonicum).
