Katayama syndrome

Schistosomiasis Japonica (schistosomiasis caused by a schistosome occurring chiefly in eastern Asia and the Pacific islands and predominantly involving infestation of the portal and mesenteric veins); specifically an acute form usually occurring several weeks after initial infection with the causative schistosome (Schistosoma japonicum).
