  • Antiulcer agentsAntiulcer agents: Based on secondary sources, unicorn root may increase stomach acid and theoretically reduce the effectiveness of antiulcer agents, including H2 blockers and proton pump inhibitors.
  • EstrogensEstrogens: Based on animal study, true unicorn root increased estradiol (3). Theoretically, concurrent use of unicorn root and estrogens may have additive effects.
