|Living Naturally Announces Strategic Partnerships with New Hope Natural Products Expo West and Delicious Living Magazine|
|February 24th, 2006, Venice, Fla. - Living Naturally announced a partnership with New Hope Natural Media to add scanner technology to the New Products Showcase at the upcoming Natural Products Expo West and with Delicious Living Magazine to offer integrated print and online package solutions for independent retailers.|
The New Products Showcase at Expo West launches the newest products in the industry. Living Naturally scanners enable buyers to view more detailed information about the new products and customize their show experience by creating a list of must-see brands and products including show floor location. Buyers simply scan barcodes for the companies and products; the scanner technology displays several options for buyers including request more information via e-mail, record their level of interest in the product and find out about availability, broker representation and ingredients. Showcase participants can also enter a raffle for a new laptop computer.

Living Naturally also entered into a joint sales agreement with Delicious Living Magazine effective Feb. 1. The two companies will offer Living Naturally’s turnkey web site program Web Genius and Delicious Living Magazine subscriptions at attractive package rates to independent retailers nationwide.
The first of its kind, this integrated solution for retailers provides Delicious Living’s content on retailers’ web sites. Retailers will also have their site address printed on the cover of Delicious Living Magazine for in-store distribution. The agreement signals the first step in providing consistent customer education and product advertising messages to multi-channel shoppers. These shoppers shop both online and in store and consequently spend twice as much with retailers that provide multiple channels for browsing and buying.
