Living Naturally’s management team combines a strong blend of natural sector and technology industry experience. Each of the team members have had successful prior careers as described below.

Dan Clarke

For over 20 years, Dan Clarke has been a strong force in the high-tech industry, building multi-million dollar companies and raising over $250 million from top-tier venture capital firms. Mr. Clarke was an EIR at AZ Digital Farm and Chief Marketing Officer of CopiaMobile. He also served as CEO of portfolio companies NewsComm, Falan Funding and Online Professor.

Prior to NewsComm and CopiaMobile, Mr. Clarke was CEO of WinBuyer, a leading online advertising company serving large ecommerce retailers. Prior to WinBuyer, Mr. Clarke was CEO of Vcommerce (acquired by Channel Intelligence) processing billons of dollars in online transaction for large multichannel retailers. His operations expertise helped Vcommerce substantially increase its sales momentum, visibility, and overall performance growing to over $1.5 billion in retail value per year. Prior to joining Vcommerce, Mr. Clarke served as president, CEO and board member of Primarion (acquired by Infineon), a semiconductor company, which he founded in 1999. Mr. Clarke spent 7 years at Intel, where he held several key positions including business unit general manager and marketing director of the Video Components, Mobil Computing and Graphics divisions. Clarke also served as the vice-president of sales and marketing at Three-Five Systems Inc., a NYSE public liquid crystal display company. Additionally, he was COO at Vivid Semi (acquired by National Semi) and serves on numerous Boards.

Paul DeBonis

Mr. DeBonis is veteran with over 20 years of experience who has worked in entrepreneurial settings as well as in senior executive leadership in operations, finance, customer service, and IT. Paul is a CPA and has had extensive experience developing organizations and in particular, world class customer service and client relation operations. Previously he served as the COO / CFO of Cellminder, Inc. a technology company that allowed health organizations to communicate more effectively. As CFO/COO at Full Circle Solutions, named as the fastest growing company in St. Louis in 2004 in the automotive and direct marketing arena, primarily on behalf of Daimler Chrysler. At FCS he led operations, product development, information technology, and finance. At PCPI, a division of Direct Mail Express, he led development of programs to improve customer satisfaction and generate sales from client customer bases, for companies such as AutoNation, Southeast Toyota, Toyota Motor Sales USA, and hundreds of other auto dealerships. At DME he established a call center division from the ground up which became one of the premier call centers in the automotive industry. Mr. DeBonis is responsible for all of Living Naturally’s operations including finance, customer service, administration, IT, training and customer implementations.

Dave Williams

David Williams has developed an international reputation for helping retailers increase their sales and profits by intelligently leveraging their own Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) data. Over his career, Mr. Williams has applied his creativity and technological expertise to revolutionize retail analytics through unprecedented real-time visibility and analysis of consumer POS data throughout the supply-chain. Consumer packaged goods clients include Revlon, Unilever, Pfizer, Bayer, Bristol-Myers, Wyeth Healthcare, American Greetings and retail clients include CVS/Pharmacy, Eckerd, Walgreens, Duane Reade, L.L. Bean and Toys R Us.

Mr. Williams designed a Continuous Replenishment Program, which automatically placed retail reorders on behalf of retail stores based on actual consumer sales. This application was widely used by national retailers and its incredible results catapulted him into the spotlight as an industry expert in the areas of continuous replenishment and product optimization. He also developed an integrated wholesale grocery buying/quoting/selling application that matched customers with product offers based on previous buying history.

Mr. Williams leverages this breadth and depth of retail experience, and technological expertise to help Living Naturally’s clients increase sales and margins. He is frequently quoted and featured in industry periodicals and has been a featured speaker a various events in industries including Natural Products, Pharmacy and Grocery. He has founded, grown and sold several retail consulting businesses and currently serves as Living Naturally’s Vice President, Business Development.

Matt Redd

Mr. Redd is a seasoned media executive with over 25 years experience in advertising, marketing and promotions. He served as Executive, Vice President for Basic Media Group where he launched “Get Active”, a new consumer fitness magazine and promotional program for IHRSA’s 4,000 national club network, Previously, he served as Vice President Group Publisher for International Data Group’s health & wellness custom publishing division, which under his leadership became a multi-property, multi-million dollar franchise serving super markets, health food stores and fitness clubs. Mr. Redd is responsible for Living Naturally’s emedia and advertising initiatives, which includes targeted promotional ads, rich content and online buying capability to over 3,500 natural retail buyers and consumer brand ads, content sponsorship and couponing to over 500,000 registered retail customers.

Gordon Lear
VP, Information Technology; Research & Development

Gordon Lear is a seasoned technology executive that has been providing technical solutions for over the last 15 years. During Y2K Gordon was involved in several major preparation projects that impacted the entire telecommunications industry. In addition, he worked in the Internet space with a web presence in 48 different countries. Over these years Gordon honed his skills managing and implementing large scale world-class systems.

Gordon joined Living Naturally in 2004 and quickly became responsible for the management and the technology that drives the electronic catalog and ordering systems. Over the last five years Gordon has been responsible for all Information Technology Systems, bringing several “Genius” products to market, and serves as Living Naturally’s lead technologist.
