1 9" whole wheat crust, frozen2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1" cubes1 tablespoon butter1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 cup orange juice1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon honey1/2 cup toasted, chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions: |
Mash potatoes with all ingredients.
Spread into the unbaked crust. Sprinkle with optional topping ingredients. (Optional ingredients are not included in the nutritional analysis.)
Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes. |
