Great spread on toast or as a dip for celery sticks.
Diet Types: Low Fat, Low Sodium, Sugar Free, Vegan, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 1 large baked sweet potato (Red Garnet is best)
  • 1 rounded tablespoon almond butter
  • pinch of salt
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Over one hour
    Instructions:
    Mash ingredients together with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
