| Oriental Turkey Salad |

Ingredients:

1/2 head chinese cabbage, shredded |
| |
1 small head Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced |
| |
2 cups snow pea pods, stem tips cut off |
| |
1 cup red cabbage, shredded |
| |
2 carrots, shredded |
| |
1/2 cup Jicama, sliced into bite size pieces |
| |
1/2 cup chopped scallions |
| |
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped |
| |
2 tablespoons toasted Sesame Oil |
| |
1/4 cup Brown Rice Vinegar |
| |
1 tablespoon grated fresh Ginger Root |
| |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
| |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
| |
drizzle of honey |
|
| |
Directions:
Put all the dressing ingredients in a small jar, shake vigorously then set aside.
In a large bowl, put the cabbages, lettuce, snow peas, jicima, scallions, carrots and turkey, toss well.
When ready to serve, add dressing and toss again.
Serve immediately.
