1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained |

1 large banana, sliced |
| |
1/2 cup pitted dried plums |

1 cup ice cubes |

Directions:
In blender container, combine all ingredients except the ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until smooth, pulsing on and off.
