| Plumberry Granita |

Ingredients:

1 cup pitted dried plums |
| |
6 tablespoons hot water |
| |
4 cups white grape juice |
| |
10 ounces frozen raspberries, partially thawed |
| |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
|
| |
Directions:
In blender container, combine dried plums and water; process until finely chopped. Add grape juice, raspberries and lemon juice; process until blended. Pour into shallow pan; freeze 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Freese an additionsal 1 to 2 hours or until firm, but not solid. To serve, let stand at room temperature to soften slightly; stir or break up as necessary, to form coarse textrue. Tip: Granitas should be served slightly thawed. Leftover granita may be refrozen in covered container; let stand and break up before serving.
