| Broccoli with Orange Sauce |

Ingredients:

2 oranges, juiced |
| |
1 tablespoon unsalted butter |
| |
2 large cloves garlic, minced |
| |
black pepper to taste |
| |
2 cups broccoli florets |

| |
Directions:
Sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute. Add orange juice and pepper and boil for 2 minutes.
Steam broccoli until crisp tender and serve with sauce.
