Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Diet Type: Dairy Free

Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1 12 ounce jar roasted red peppers, undrained
  2 cloves garlic, minced
  1 tablespoon olive oil
  2 tablespoons Liquid Aminos
  5 ounces silken soft tofu
 
Directions:

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
