Kal Bi (Korean Barbeque Short Ribs) Recipe: 1 1/2-2 lbs. short ribs, cut with bone in about 1/2 inch thick
1 cup Annie Chun's Korean BBQ Sauce
1 large head butter lettuce
2-3 packages Annie Chun's Rice Express
chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish) Marinate ribs for at least 30 minutes. Prepare BBQ on medium high heat. Cook ribs to desired doneness. Remove meat from bones. Spoon meat and rice into lettuce leaves. Garnish with cilantro and serve. |
Japanese Tofu and Edamame Salad Recipe: 1 pkg Annie Chun's Soy Ginger Noodles & Sauce
1 cup pre-washed spinach leaves
6 oz. pan fried or baked tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup shelled edamame beans
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup thinly sliced apple
3/4 cup bean sprouts Cook noodles as directed. Rinse with cold water and drain. Toss noodles in oil (included in package) to keep noodles from sticking. Add sauce and remaining ingredients to noodles and toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature. |
